Good to know.

Will the store carry my pharmacy's name?

Yes. Your name, logo, banners, address and phone number appear on the store, the invoices and the admin - on your own web address.

Do my customers need to download an app?

No. The store opens in any phone browser, and customers can add it to their home screen like an app.

How are prescription medicines handled?

Medicines that need a prescription are marked Rx. The customer uploads the prescription at checkout, and your pharmacist opens it inside the order before it is packed.

Which payment options can I offer?

Cash on delivery, and online payment by UPI, cards and net banking through Razorpay, Cashfree, PayU or PhonePe - on your own merchant account.

Do I need my own delivery staff?

Either works. Your riders use the delivery app; orders for other cities can be booked with Delhivery or Shiprocket, or sent by Blue Dart, DTDC or India Post with the tracking number.

Can my existing product list be loaded?

Yes. Products are imported from a spreadsheet, and product photos can be uploaded in bulk - they are matched to the products by name.
